Who are we?
Our Coalition
We are a group of community organizations, labor unions, students, and grassroots leaders united by a shared commitment to justice and human dignity.
We came together in response to the urgent need to speak out in defense of our communities and to support immigrant workers and families impacted by the anti-immigrant policies and arbitrary detentions carried out since 2025.
We Are Here is a collective movement rooted in solidarity, resilience, and the belief that immigrant communities are essential to the social, cultural, and economic fabric of the United States.
We stand together to defend human rights, protect working families, and ensure our communities are seen, heard, and respected.
Our Vision
A nation where immigrant working families and all people have:
The right to a healthy, dignified life, free from detention, violence, and forced family separation
The freedom to learn, without fear
The freedom to work and organize, in and outside the workplace, without intimidation or retaliation
The right to fair and equal treatment, free from discrimination based on immigration status, race, age, sexual orientation, gender, or religion
The equal and fair application of due process protections for all people, regardless of immigration status, in both law and in practice
